ANNOUNCEMENT: Adult Autism Assessments now available

Most of my work is with adults, however I will consider referrals of adolescents on a case-by-case basis. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues related to:

• Mood and anxiety disorders

• Autism

• ADHD

• Trauma

• Pregnancy and post-natal mental health

• Stress

• Relationships

• Personality- or character-based difficulties

• Issues related to family of origin

• Existential/life-direction concerns

• Spirituality and faith

I believe that mental health is more than the absence of illness. I work collaboratively with my clients to address the underlying causes, not just the symptoms. My aim is to help people not only reach their goals in the short term, but to live rich and meaningful lives in the long term.
